Our condo offers private parking, located in a peaceful great neighborhood that is close to shopping and dinning areas, is a 5 minute drive to Downtown and the cities beautiful blue beaches.

Condo 43-1 features 2 bedrooms and 3 beds perfect for a small family of 4 adults and 2 kids the HOA issues 4 adult wristbands for pool use so if you have children under the age of 16 they are not considered adults . The condo is very well equipped with all the essentials you will need to have unforgettable vacation in a Beach Resort. Condo has a 2 car garage , washer dryer , ac and heating . Off road vehicles are not allowed on the beach side of the property

(1) Apartment with comfortable and affordable space

It's an apartment 2 blocks from the boardwalk so if you don't have a car on your trip you won't have a problem, everything is close by. It is a simple space, which is why it is inexpensive. We are working to improve it more and more. It has all the amenities as well as a parking space. If you bring pets, it is important to mention that the rate is per pet. If you bring more than one, you have to pay extra directly with me 200 pesos per night, per pet!!
