This spacious loft with design flair and garden view is a rarity in the historic centre of Venice. The building is the elegant conversion of an old heating plant re-designed by architects into living space in 2010. In a quiet small street, yet a few minutes walk from the train/bus stations, Grand Canal, supermarket, restaurants, shops. Ideal for exploring the 1,600-year-old city on foot, without giving up the standard of living you are used to today including high-speed WiFi, lift, steam bath.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.
