Holiday rentals with a patio in Venecia

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

This was one of my favorite airbnb to stay in medellin! The view was spectacular! Everything was clean and organized! I would def recommend this spot!

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.

Julio was very nice and respectful, we had a late flight and he communicated with us and he also greeted us and showed us around the airbnb during check in.

La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda, las habitaciones con camas confortables, aire acondicionado, todo muy organizado y aseado. La atención de Gema maravillosa, cocina delicioso, con una actitud muy amable y súper servicial. Liliana todo el tiempo estuvo en comunicación con nosotros, dándonos toda la información necesaria. Cauca Viejo es encantador, un pueblito de ensueño. Pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable, sin duda volveremos.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Great home! Extremely spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our troubles and questions. Would highly recommend this place

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

Dalila was very responsive host always willing to help . The person she recommended for house keeping and cooking was fantastic (Jenny) house was clean . You will feel like in home . House is very nice specially the jacuzzi/pool. Airplanes early in the morning can be noisy. And the rooster from the neighbor . 🙂

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

Espectacular, volveríamos sin duda, fácil acceso comunicación rápida, la decoración 10/10 , un lugar muy bien pensando en el centro del Carmen, a pesar de su ubicación uno pensaría que es ruidoso la habitación aísla el ruido muy bien, la terraza muy chévere 😎

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
