The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

Built in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Szecsard wine region, our family duplex awaits you and your friends with a large garden, vineyard, and forest. The neighborhood is an opportunity to visit your favorite Hungarian wineries, hike, hike, sled through the dunes in the winter or get lost in the heat of the fireplace and get lost in the work, cook, play, read. The Danube is less than 750 metres from the cottage. Deliciously central and equipped with every comfort! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambience which we think has succeeded!

KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.
