"Propaganda Room" is a small loft of 25 square meters, in a building from the early 1900s, a short walk from the amphitheater and the Roman cisterns and close to the Capuchin forest and the magnificent view of Lake Albano. Located on the ground floor, directly on the street, unique environment, max 2 pax sofa bed and kitchenette, a few steps from the beautiful clubs of the alleys and the "upper course". A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The cottage is located within an estate with a park of over 12000sqm. The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

Apartment 3rd floor with private garage

Nice apartment located at the 3rd floor with private garage. The balcony is big enough to eat outside and has a nice view on the countryside. On a clear day you can see the ocean which is about 30km far. It takes 5 minutes to reach the train station (15-20 minutes walking) , from which you can go to Rome. Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.
