My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The living room with kitchen has a fireplace, a couch, and a large window overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom provides comfortable 100% natural mattresses. Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Apartment with a separate entrance directly from the street in the popular part of Bratislava. Located on the ground floor, suitable for disabled access, a couple, a group of 4, or families. Free parking directly in front of the house. There is a supermarket 150 m from the house, a public transport stop 100m. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, bike and inline track, lakes and Danube river. Direct bus connection to the downtown. You will be both in the city and in the countryside.

It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
