The location is excellent, offering close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the sea.

We stayed for 3 nights at Sinisa’s place in Budva and it made our holiday! It’s been Newley refurbished, in a great location to the old town and the view from the living room, main bedroom and spacious balcony is absolutely incredible. Budva as a whole is one of the best places I’ve ever been to and I can’t wait to book the room again! Thanks again Sinisa

We have quite a lot of experience renting and we have already realized that the best places that are made for ourselves. The apartment has everything you need, we organized a transfer, met, checked in. The appliances are modern, everything works perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped with good dishes. It's nice to sit on the balcony, a beautiful view. There are a lots of interesting books. There is also a nice swimming pool in the house that is cared for. The apartment itself is in a very nice, modern house. The store is a 7-minute walk away, on a convenient good road. A little further to the beach. Very convenient to get around, everything is nearby. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location, both central and quiet, short walk to old Town, restaurants are literally around the corner. Host are friendly and helpful, very good value for money:)

Everything was fine. The apartment is in a great location - there is a good beach and restaurants nearby. Own terrace is great, too bad we didn't have time to use it. If there are any disadvantages, they are insignificant. The shower drain is not well organized and water spills onto the floor. There was a small problem with WIFI, but we solved it. In general, I would recommend this place and would come again.

We have a great experience at this stay. The place was exactly as described: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. It’s in a great location, very quiet, with wonderful view from balcony, but you need a car. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good apartment, nice place

this is a really luxuriously furnished apartment, with all its equipment and accessories. The cleanliness is at a high level. The host is very accommodating and kind, always ready to help. the apartment is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the big beach, city center, old town…nearby are shops, restaurants and everything you need. This air bnb I was my saviour after my first night is the worst I had ever had through Airbnb. I needed something for my remaining two nights and Nikola’s apartment was modern, clean, central and he was right there to help me when I needed it. He also helped to sort my bus ticket to my next destination when it needed printed. I am forever grateful. It is an amazing apartment, the best is huge and comfortable and I loved the shower! Definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I've stayed at many Airbnb's and never once have I had the opportunity to spend time(quality time) with the hosts. I mean, Milos and his family took the time to make us feel like family, to make sure we felt comfortable, they were always available to answer our questions, point us to activities to do and places to see, great recommendations. The location was superb, we didn't have a car, grocery store super close, street food restaurants(AMAZING!), you get that home away from home feeling and it feels great. I feel we made friends and can't wait to see them again. I can't thank them enough for inviting us to join them on their balcony for drinks and snacks and for that awesome Saturday of BBQ! Thanks again for grilling Milos! And thank you Tjaša (his lovely wife) for always being available to help us, awesome save with the coffee grinder! haha! To anyone reading this, make your next stay here, you won't regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a new apartment very clean and beautifully furnished. There is a fridge in the room, and a balcony. Azra is very welcoming and kind, it brought us watermelon and free beverages. Thank you! It is a quiet neighborhood, parking on premises and there is Voli supermarket nearby. They don’t take reservations for only one night but she was happy to make an exception for us. I’ll really comeback for a longer stay and will definitely recommend to others.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

We stayed with a child and friends. The cabin is small but very cozy. We settled in two rooms on the second floor, friends (Mom with a child) lived on the first, as a result, three adults and two children 6 and 11 years old were quite comfortable. There is a kitchen in the house and on the street, we used the last one, in the evenings you can sit at a table surrounded by flowering trees and drink delicious and inexpensive local wine :) The sea is very close, barking is rocky, but if you walk a little further left from the street where the house stands, you can find small beaches with a good entrance. The sea is incredibly clean, the children took masks and looked at the fish in the evening, it's a complete delight! We rented a car at the airport and went around a few places, but the sea was the most interesting thing here :) There is a small garage for the car, which is very convenient, since it is difficult to park in the narrow streets. Within a 10-minute drive there is a supermarket, bakeries, a small shop with groceries and all sorts of details in the next house, there are some nice cafes. With the availability of the car, the location was very good - we reached Bar (new and old ), Ulcinj, Kotor and even Shkoder of the border Albanian city.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Best villa we ever had in our life!!! Absolutely amazing. Don’t think - rent it. Unbelievable territory, three floors of quality furniture, salty water pool, your private basketball field, 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 wc, 2 kitchens - you feel like a billionaire living your best life. There are some planes landing over your sky, but that doesn’t bother and we were happy to see different planes and dreaming about new journeys. Villa is very quiet because it is far from all the roads. You need to rent a car to reach this villa but this gives you astonishing silence day and night. You will even have your own mountain with that villa. Ivan - the owner - was very very polite and friendly. He was replying immediately and you will love him. You can use all the cooking things in the kitchen and Ivan included many local wines so you will be smiling everyday wailing up in your own paradise. We dream to come again to Ivan and Villa 177.
