Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.
