Casa JULIANA en barrio árabe de Capileira

House in La Alpujarra Árabe, located in the oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

Trevélez, the highest village in Spain (1500m) is known worldwide for its Iberian hams. Located in the Sierra Nevada, the house at the top of the village (Barrio Alto) is on the way to the GR7, GR240 and Mont Mulhacen, the highest peak in mainland Spain 3478 m. Public parking is in front of the house. The village is really unique in Spain. The old district of Trevélez has an indisputable charm. Welcome to travelers, bikers, hikers.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. It has surface parking in the building, WITH NO RESERVED SPACE (until full capacity) and guarded by security cameras. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner.

Natural show at Cabaña Alcazaba

The Alcazaba cabin is a small piece of heaven, located in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada National Park, it looks out onto the Canales reservoir. It is sensational , a place to enjoy peace and tranquility. For stays of more than 2 guests, there is possibility, consulting previously with the hosts. About pets, they are allowed but for a fee of €25 apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
