Family house, newly renovated to welcome you and where you will never tire of enjoying the sea view, as well as being halfway from anywhere on the island. Located in the middle of the southern coast of the island, with a splendid view to the São Jorge Canal/Pico and also to the island of Faial. Just in front of the house has access to Fajã das Almas, a beautiful and unique bathing area, and just minutes from two other bathing areas. If you like art, you should visit the church of the Manadas, a national heritage site.

Modern vacation house implanted on the hang above the small town of Velas, in São Jorge Island, with a unique view over the ocean channel between the triangle islands (São Jorge, Pico and Faial). They are 5 walking minutes (going downhill) from the centre of Velas (shopping, cafés, restaurants), and 10 minutes from the natural swimming pools in the ocean. Please take into consideration that the return way on foot includes a steep climb of about 100 meters. It is 700 m until the harbour of Velas.
