The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Centrally located in the attractive Øgade district with Oyster facilities, cafes, takeaway places and shopping. The apartment is set up as a simple hotel room and is without personal belongings. Lightly equipped kitchen with the most necessary kitchen utensils and service. The bathroom is very small. You can take a bath, but there is no shower. Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 meters to the nearest supermarket, 100 meters to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bath, with everything in appliances. There is a connecting living room and bedroom, a small distribution hall, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not a rental.
