Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in Aalborg's beautiful Øgadekvarter, diagonally opposite Østre Anlæg, and exudes historical charm and modern comfort. The apartment is ideal for couples and singles who want peace and green surroundings while being close to the many attractions of the city center. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a large bedroom with wardrobe and workspace, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a smaller bathroom with separate shower.

A short distance from shopping and highway. Great for the light needs. For example, if you are passing through or seasonal worker. NOTE: Toilet and bath are not in the home, but easily accessible in adjacent housing. Read any reviews. The annex is located in the garden. There is a sofa, internet, work table, and a delicious continental double bed, as well as a wardrobe. Outside the annex is a small patio with table and chairs. Single room annex located in a villa garden close to the city centre. The small house has a spring loaded double pull-out bed which provides a comfortable sleep for two persons. Grocery shopping and fast food is nearby, or Wolt can bring out food. The garden house has no kitchen, but a fridge and plates/glasses/cutlery will be available, including dishwashing by host. The toilet is in a seperate shed and a shower is shared inside the villa.

Enjoy your vacation in this peaceful and centrally located small apartment with a nice balcony overlooking a green garden and quiet courtyard where you can park. Go to a concert in Musikkens hus, go shopping in Aalborg's fine streets or have a coffee or play ball in Østre Anlæg. You're close to everything. The apartment is small and well utilized and contains what you need and not much else.

New kitchen and newer bathroom, with all appliances. There is a connected living room and bedroom, a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not part of the rental.
