Villa holiday rentals in Vega Alta

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful property! We loved the pool and common areas. Alex and Xsander were very responsive when we had a few small issues. We look forward to returning!

The amenities were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and it was so convenient. Communication with the host made things much easier.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, my sister, and my cousin. Each of us had plenty of space, and the living room layout was perfect—wide and open with lots of couch seating, which is always a must for me when booking. The large kitchen table was great for meals, conversations, and game nights. I especially loved the porch—it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and relax. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for all five of us, making our stay even more comfortable. The neighbors were polite, welcoming and mainly kept to themselves. Very peaceful and quiet. Ryan was an excellent host, very responsive and attentive to our questions. He also shared a list of his favorite local spots, and we checked out Charco Prieto Rainforest and the restaurant Al Pan Pan—both were amazing recommendations! The location was perfect, close to all the towns and beaches we wanted to visit.

Excellent stay, comfort , cleanliness and close to everything

We had an amazing stay at Alma's place! The condo was spacious, with a large kitchen and dining area, plus three big bedrooms. Our group of eight had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect—just a two-minute walk to the beach. While it was a bit far from Old San Juan, having a car made it easy to explore. Alma and Alex were outstanding hosts, and their amazing team responded quickly and provided fantastic local recommendations. A washer and dryer update would be a great addition. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

What an amazing stay, the entire family loved it. Alex was so helpful and responded to each question very fast. The place was very clean and the beach was a hidden secret that was completely perfect. We usually never go back to a location or unit twice but we all agree we want to come back here. Thanks to Alma and the entire crew at Paradise Villas.

We stayed in Diana’s condo for 6 weeks. From start to finish we felt at home, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely landscape. There were 3 pools and a beautiful open-air community house; one pool was a very short walk from the condo. As many others have noted, Diana provided beach chairs and towels, a big umbrella, and coolers for picnics at the beach. The beach was a five minute walk, plenty of space to enjoy the diving pelicans, breaking waves and lovely vistas. Diana recommended several great restaurants - our favorites were nearby Oasis, and KGB in the shopping center. Cerro Beach was a short drive and the perfect place to swim, and spend an afternoon. Punta Salina’s Beach was a bit further but worth the time there. Diana was always helpful, replied promptly, offered suggestions. I never actually met her, but grew to think of her as a good neighbor. Her dad, Adrian, installed a battery back up which would be welcome if we lost power. We highly recommend this Lakeside villa!

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

This villa is absolutely amazing! It sits right across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The surroundings are beautiful! The restaurants, bowling, pool and casino are walking distance and so peaceful and full of the local wildlife. The home is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children to spend 11 days comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, an elevator and a rooftop patio with an outdoor grill and kitchenette. Each room has its own huge patio. Nestor was so helpful! His recommendations were spot on and easy to find. The house is stocked with everything you need, including towels, basketballs, tennis rackets, fishing poles and swimming gear. This place really is in the perfect location. I recommend this place no matter where you want to visit in Puerto Rico!

Alma was so responsive to the few questions we had. We could not get the TV to work and Alex came right over and got it going. They also allowed us extra time to check out which was so helpful.

We had a great time! Alma’s place was perfect for families such as ours. We had every amenity we could possibly need and felt completely relaxed as we explored Puerto Rico for the first time. My kids were able to enjoy tv in the morning while eating breakfast and take a dip in the pool while I got ready for the day. The nearby grocery store was open 24 hours and extremely helpful for us to get what we needed. The washer and dryer was helpful for us to keep our clothes clean while on vacation and keep our swimming clothes nice and dry before our trip home. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Want peace, privacy, yet fun things to do? This villa offers it all! Our family had a great time walking less than 5 mins to the private beach, pools, and tennis courts. The area is super safe and quiet yet a 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was clean and offered all the kitchen and bath basics, and board games. I loved the traditional furniture and decor! The host was super responsive and helped solve last minute issues. She left fresh fruit and ice bags for us and water bowls for our dog, and even let us check out a bit later. We loved our stay and will be returning soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb within a beautiful private community hosted by Victor. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the serene atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings. The property itself was very comfortable and with a cozy decor that made it feel like a home away from home. Victor was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. He was very quick to respond to our messages. Thank you Victor for your awesome hospitality! This location is close to various restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches. Within just a short drive, we discovered wonderful dining options offering delicious Puerto Rican cuisine. The nearby supermarkets made it easy to stock up on essentials for our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience at this location was fantastic. I can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories! Highly recommended

Villa Tranquilidad is comfortable, clean and well equipped. My family of five had a lovely stay. We were impressed with the amenities in the home that included a well equipped kitchen, well stocked, bathrooms, and articles for both children and adults to enjoy their stay. The host was responsive, flexible and accommodating. We would definitely stay in the villa and recommend it to friends and family in the future. Daisy.

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

Villa Iris was a terrific escape for our family of 5. The villa is very close to the picturesque beach, which was perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and offered the snorkeling we hoped for. The weekend was busier on the beach, but the weekdays were very quiet. The host and their team were incredibly responsive, and the property manager had the kitchen pre-stocked with a grocery order we sent ahead. The patio was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful and effective when needed. A great vacation!
