Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Beautiful location in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen. Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is where The Barn is found.
