Ancien prieuré de caractère avec vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée de la Souleuvre, au cœur d'un site Natura 2000. Un lieu hors du temps, idéal pour se ressourcer et découvrir les plus beaux sites de Normandie, du Mont-Saint-Michel aux plages du Débarquement. Dès notre première visite, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce lieu chargé d'histoire, entouré de nature et baigné de sérénité. Venez vivre ici quelques jours hors du temps, où le confort est en parfaite harmonie avec la nature.

Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Norman Cottage in the heart of the Vire Valley

Formerly a baronial residence, this recently renovated house is waiting for you. Dating back to the 18th century, this house was well known throughout the village, and even today, many locals remember spending time there. The renovation focused on highlighting natural materials (wood, stone) while adding a modern touch. Strategically located halfway between Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, we will be delighted to provide you with advice during your stay.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

The Japanese Pavilion

The Japanese Pavilion, modeled on Japanese ryokans, is an unusual eco-lodge, unprecedented in Normandy! It is made entirely of wood, on stilts, partly planted directly on our vast pond, towards which it offers a remarkable view. Zen atmosphere guaranteed!
