I stayed with Nathalie while away on busness. it was warm clean and quiet. provided the perfect setting to collect my thoughts and relax after a stressfull day.

Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is nestled in the heart of the old town, full of charm and history, yet it offers all the modern comforts one could ask for. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful—making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself is warm, cozy, and tastefully decorated with elegant touches that reflect its historic surroundings. It has real character, with beautiful details that make it feel both unique and romantic. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and perfect for a girls’ getaway. The location was fantastic—right across the street from the river! Renting bikes was quick and easy, and my friend and I had a great time riding to the market. If you prefer to stay close, there are charming coffee shops and delicious restaurants just a short walk away. Everything was convenient, friendly, and added to a relaxing and fun trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in a fabulous spot. Best weekend of my summer this year. We saw river otters and a Cormorant while sitting on the deck in the back yard. This cottage is gem in a paradisiac environment.

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

Our three-night stay exceeded all of our expectations. For nature lovers such as ourselves, the tranquil, beautiful setting was ideal. We saw various birds right from the cottage, and numerous others in the nearby reserve. The sunsets and morning light inspired us to paint, draw and photograph, to capture a record of this beautiful place. William is a splendid host. He provided us with historical information about the area and his family’s role in settling and living in it. He is a generous and compassionate man, and inspirational in his devotion to the land and its history. A million thanks, William!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, and the large lawn was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Josée is an amazing host, accommodating, responsive, and extremely welcoming. She came to visit us when we arrived to introduce us to the place and tell us about her history. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. ☺️ The cottage is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, warm and very comfortable. We were 11 people for the party to my boyfriend and we had a nice time with friends to be able to enjoy the different advantages of the accommodation: spa, fire pit, magnificent river view, board games, etc. I highly recommend visiting this place, it is extremely clean and we feel all the love put into the details to make the cottage a friendly and welcoming place for its visitors. Christian is an excellent host—generous, attentive, and responsive. He provides great advice and is constantly thoughtful and caring. With him, I rediscovered the joy of my early Airbnb experiences, where hosts played a genuine role in welcoming guests and guiding them in exploring the city. The accommodation is ideally located in a trendy and charming neighborhood. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, yet the room overlooking the garden is immersed in absolute tranquility.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

I loved the neighborhood, it was beautiful and very peaceful. It was a basement and very clean. The kitchen and toilet was tidy neat and orderly, the entire apartment was very clean.

Linda's place was perfect! It was very clean, was just like the pictures, and very well designed -- just really beautiful. It is right on the lake and we took full advantage of the outdoor space as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Linda was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend her place!

We stayed at this Airbnb and immediately felt at home. The living room had a perfect view of the river, which made our stay even more special. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s located near the river in a quiet area, yet only about 25 minutes from downtown Montreal—so it was easy to enjoy both nature and the city. Parking on the driveway was also very convenient. We really liked it and would definitely stay here again!
