"Le Petit Bosquet" rural gîte

Le Petit Bosquet is a cottage located within our family farmhouse, and totally independent. Our cottage is located 5 minutes from Avignon by car, but in the middle of a park of 4 hectares of trees. The cottage was created in 2013, refurnished and redecorated in 2020. You will have access to our 10m*5m pool. The cottage is designed for 4 people, with an extra sofa bed (6 people max). Within the cottage you will find all the comfort equipment, games and toys for the children.

Quiet room, with pool, large gym with among others : bike, elliptical, treadmill equipped kitchen to share : oven, stovetop, microwave, sink, fridge, coffee maker etc. GR in the immediate vicinity with many hikes including access to the Provencal Colorado on foot , bike path 500 m away, fishing lake 500 m away, many pretty villages to see next door such as Gordes, the rock of saignon, the ochres of rustrel and Roussillon, the cedar forest in Bonnieux etc...

Pleasant air-conditioned apartment including a bedroom with a queen bed(160) , a bathroom with Italian shower, sink,toilet, and washing machine. A large living room with equipped kitchen ( oven, microwave , hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) , a seating area with 1 sofa and TV , as well as a wall wardrobe bed ( 2 places). Outside: a private terrace with garden furniture , barbecue , deckchair and parasol .

At the gates of the city of Arles, 8 minutes from the city center, on a park of 8500 m², gypsy caravan LA PITCHOUNE, air-conditioned , fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, hotplate, dishes, TV. Private spa available on the terrace. An optional breakfast is offered for €10/pers extra charge. The Mas Maurane offers its tenants a heated communal swimming pool, from April 1 to the end of September (depending on the weather).

Our cottage is located in the small town of Blauvac, a small hilltop village overlooking the plain and the Vaucluse mountains, as well as Mont Ventoux , 13 km from Carpentras. For all lovers of biking, hiking,, and other sports. For those who want to visit on 1 radius of 40 kms: Sault, Gorde, Iles /Sorgues,Avignon, Orange, Vaison La Romaine... Our place is also for those who also want to rest, and enjoy the pool.

Large room with terrace

Very large bedroom with terrace and fully independent entrance. The bedroom consists of a large queen-size bed, desk, hairdresser and storage. The ensuite bathroom is completely private. It consists of a shower, bathtub, and toilet. This room is in a property with a mini-golf (to be shared with both homes on the property). We are a 5-minute walk from the center of Maussane, close to Les Baux de Provence.

Welcome to the heart of Provence in our beautiful authentic and family home that smells of lavender. We will gladly welcome you in an independent private room overlooking a beautiful 2000 m2 garden and a private pool-beach with free access. A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal. There's nothing like it to unwind, relax, sunbathe on the deckchairs or discover the region in the best conditions.
