Two gîtes which when combined, create a large gîte for up to 14 people in 5 bedrooms. I have a natural swimming pool, table tennis, bbq, seating and eating areas, children’s play area, boules. I am 20 minutes from water sports and other adventure activities for all ages. A perfect place for family reunions. Please note, I have recently had frequent breaches of my house rules, so please, no parties, loud music or any noise outside after 23h, nor any extra guests who have not paid.

Ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned for its hikes, Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre are nearby and the sea is 1 hour's drive away.

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.
