The hostess is extremely polite and helpful. The house is very spacious. The property is very green and has a great farm/site structure. It has a playroom for children. All travelers felt comfortable. I advise you to bring plenty of food to cook in the house and enjoy the peace of the place. There is a supermarket nearby. Thank Isabel for all your efforts.

Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and they were all very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly as the house is, but, seeing the house in person, exceeded my expectations. The house is very well taken care of and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a barbecue by the perfect swimming pool. The location is also perfect as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Even so, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's place provided a landmark experience for our family.

Marcia is an extremely attentive, organized and very kind person. We were very well received, we had great programming suggestions and the accommodation is super cozy and clean. Eduardo welcomed us at the last minute after a bad check-in experience at another stay! He was exceptional with our family, sent his employee to clean the pool early the next day, gifting us with free-range eggs and a delicious cheese! The house was clean, the kitchen was super complete and, not to mention, the comfort and peace of the place. Also, on our last day, Fagner (who helps Eduardo with the demands of the house) took us on a super tour of the city, taking us to an apiary, plantations and all the best places! Now, without a doubt, it was the best stay we've had in our lives! Thank you very much, Eduardo! You are undoubtedly unique, helpful and a very good person! We'll see you next time.

Great place to rest and enjoy with family! The apartment is extremely clean and smelling, and the condominium has several leisure areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within 15 minutes by car. Communication with host Bárbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, taking away all my doubts very kindly. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it might be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and would definitely be back !

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
