The lower floor of the cottage has a toilet, a bathroom, a dining room with a living room and a fireplace with access to a terrace with a great view of the dam. In the loft is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. The castle of Orlik, Zvíkov and Žďákovské most is located in the vicinity.
