Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Varna Municipality

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

The host was amazing, so was the villa. It had everything you need and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Will come again!

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

We spent Easter in this lovely house, it looks exactly like in the pics put, very clean. We had a nice weekend with family . Gaza was very kind and we checked in earlier , left us painted eggs, cake and cold beer, a very nice gesture. We enjoyed this time of the jacuzzi and the heated pool. Recommended

The location is positioned ideally between Balchik (to the North) and Varna (to the South), enabling easy day trips both to major urban centres as well as to nature attractions such as Cape Kaliakra. The bedrooms have independent access and the kitchen / dining area is in a separate section of the house (downstairs). Communicative host and available to meet our requests, including regarding the use of the dishwasher.

Nice and big place for a group of friends. You have anything you would want from an airbnb. AC, 2 fridges, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, lots of space to hang around. Very private. We even listened to loud music outside because there was no one we could bother. Be careful how you get there, waze and maps will try to route you on some narrow, dead-end and bad streets. The place is just off the main road, easy to find, but the navigation apps gave us headaches. I would recommend to visit in the summer so you can enjoy the pool, but even in cold weather you can enjoy the house.

We were warmly welcomed and accompanied to the accommodation. Tips for the surroundings such as beach, meals and activities were sent directly to the mobile phone. The pool and hot tub were very nice, the entire place is modern and nicely decorated. There was also an interim cleaning as we had booked 10 days. We had a lot of fun and nice days. Thank you Ilian and Ivi, it was a great experience.
