Rumbo was a great host who went out of his way to help us out and give us local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful and very clean - we had a great time and left very relaxed. The pool is great and we made lots of use of the table tennis table, sauna, gym and jacuzzi. Overall, we had a fantastic time in a beautiful villa complete with numerous amenities. We cannot wait to come back.

Apartamentul este foarte spațios, bine dotat (extrem de utile masina de spalat vase și cea de spalat rufe...si absolut tot ce va trebuie in bucatarie), vedere superba către mare si marina! Balconul este foarte generos, geamuri mari astfel încât te bucuri toată ziua și toată noaptea de mare:) Strada este liniștită și una dintre cele mai frumoase strazi din Balcic. Accesul la plaja se face pe scări sau cu masina (se ajunge repede). La coltul străzii se afla restaurantul Blue Lion (mancare gustoasa la preturi foarte bune) ceea ce constituie un MARE avantaj. Dacă veti călători cu copil mic aveți în apartament scaun de masa + pătuț pentru copil + inclusiv olita și colac de wc și protecție la toate prizele. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi despre locurile interesante de vizitat + recomandari de restaurante. Recomand!

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

إقامة رائعة في مجمع شقق مع مسبح ، الشقة نظيفة ومكتملة الخدمات ، الموقع ليس قريب من البحر ولكنه ليس بعيدا جدا ، المنطقة هادئة ، والعاملون غاية في اللباقة وحسن الاستقبال،استمتعت بالإقامة.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

Alles war top. Er hat uns für etwas Geld am Flughafen abgeholt, hat uns mit dem Auto dann noch die Gegend gezeigt und rumgeführt. Unterkunft ist 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern, mega gemütlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir waren zu viert in diesem Apartment und für uns war genug Platz. Das Schlafsofa war gemütlich und nicht unbequem, wie man es meist von Schlafsofas kennt. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Lage ist auch gut, ca. 10min zu Fuß bis an den Strand und damit auch an die partymeile. Der Weg kann einem nach einer langen Nacht etwas lang vorkommen aber es ist wirklich machbar und der Weg ist auch ganz angenehm. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt 3min zu Fuß neben dem Apartment. Küche im Apartment ist auch top ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Die Apartment-Anlage ist auch gut gepflegt und der Pool war auch angenehm. Andere Leute aus den anderen Apartments stören nicht. Alles wirklich sehr entspannt und angenehm gewesen. Eine Empfehlung von uns!

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Hilfe bei der Anreise Die Wohnung hat ein klasse Ausblick und ist wärmstens zu empfehlen:)

Уютно и чисто място, на което бихме отишли отново, с удоволствие! Хареса ни локацията, защото е на пешеходно разстояние от центъра и морската градина. Силвия е изключително любезна дама и много отзивчива! Благодарим за прекрасното отношение!

Prachtig verblijf, uitmuntende host en brandschoon huisje! Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Romantika. Het is een knus huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De inrichting is stijlvol en gezellig, en de faciliteiten waren ruim voldoende voor ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect, in een rustige en fijne buurt, ideaal voor ontspanning. Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe ongelooflijk schoon het huisje was. We hebben nog nooit zo’n schone B&B gehad, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Daarnaast willen we de host graag bedanken voor haar warme ontvangst en behulpzaamheid. Ze stond altijd klaar voor ons, reageerde snel op vragen en gaf ons uitstekende tips voor de omgeving. Haar gastvrijheid maakte dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Kortom, Villa Romantika is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf in de buurt van Varna. Wij komen zeker terug!

Villa très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds pour se rendre à varna il faut privilégier les taxis locaux. Thierry est très disponible en cas de besoin, il répond rapidement.

appartement agréable dans résidence tranquille. propre . draps serviettes. wifi bonne qualité. cuisine équipée four frigo plaques. lave linge. quartier résidentiel et calme. accès direct (25mns) aéroport , ou centre ville sebastopol, ou golden sands , via bus 409 (1euro) a 15 minutes de marche de la résidence mais je conseille le taxi (15 euros max) car le chemin au bus est compliqué (pente, non éclairé) plage jolie et sauvage (south beach) et lidl a 15 minutes à pied. épicerie a 5mn. hote très disponible et serviable, elle parle anglais

A beautiful house on the hill with a amazing view, friendly and helpful host. Room was clean, towels were changed frequently. Great value for money If you don't like walking the host provides transportation services to the beach and others for as little as €1.

Екатерина, прекрасный хозяин!!! Добрый, всегда готовый помочь по любым вопросам, хотя у нас их и не было))) т.к. в доме все есть и даже больше)) Расскажу по подробнее: мы путешествовали семьей, 4 человека, мы с мужем и дети, сын - 13 лет и доча полгодика)) жили в чудесных аппартаментах 2 недели, как дома) на кухне все есть: духовка, микроволновка, варочная поверхность, посудомоечная машина, холодильник все новое)) огромное кол-во разнообразной посуды, вообшем, мы ни в чем не нуждались)) в ванной: душевая кабина, всегда была горячая вода и самое главное стиральная машина с загрузкой на 9 кг)) шикарный балкон с видом на море) мебель) т.е., если посидеть расслабиться, то вам туда)) плоский телевизор с российскими каналами и бесплатный wi-fi.. брала с собой ноут бук, работала параллельно, никаких проблем) собственно и на пляже тоже все работало супер! Про территорию- небольшая, но очень ухоженная, чистая, красивая.. собственный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и мягкими диванчиками.. мы утром рано приходили, занимали, дочу кормила, она у нас там засыпала и у нас было время покупаться и позагорать)) камней многовато, тем кто любит поплавать подольше и подальше, но нам на текущий момент, было это не надо.. не далеко от отеля много кафешек, магазинчиков, даже для малютки там все нашли)) в заключение, очень рекомендую это место!! Чистота, красота, все под рукой!! А главное, Катерина, нам разрешила задержаться, практически еще на один день, без доплат, т.к. у нас был поздний вылет, совершенно бесплатно!!! Мы благодарим ее за это!!! Спасибо огромное!!!!

Отличное расположение апартаментов. До моря 15 минут прогулочным шагом, в комплексе отличный бассейн и душ с термальной водой. Терраса очень удобно расположена вдали от шума.

The apartment looked even better than the pictures. It was very clean, airy and it had everything one needs. The host replied very fast to any question we had and offered us solutions to anything we needed. The value was great. The only downside is the location, there aren't that many places to eat/of entertainment, but it's great for families, and everything was very accurate.

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!

Wir waren als Famile (2 Kinder, 7 und 17) zu Gast im Apartment. Die Größe des Apartments war optimal und die Kinder haben gut auf den zur Verfügung gestellten Schlafcouches geschlafen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was für einen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt wird (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sogar ein Bügeleisen und vieles mehr). Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und wir haben Nichts vermisst. Das Apartment ist am Hang gelegen, sodass der Fußweg zum Strand, bzw. zurück, für jüngere Kinder ggf etwas anstrengend ist, aber es dauert nicht lang zu Fuß (ca 15 Minuten). Auch eine Vielzahl von Restaurants ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check In und Check out war unkompliziert, da eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege und während des Aufenthaltes war reibungslos. Stanislav antwortet schnell und hat auf jede Frage eine Antwort.

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.
