Holiday rentals with a patio in Varna beach

I was assisted by the co-host Maya, she was great and very helpful with every problem I had, she gave me lots of helpful instructions on how to get around and went beyond helpful when she lent me her charger because mine broke. she was absolutely perfect and went out of her way to help me. So she was amazing and the place it's absolutely lovely and it has everything for cooking and even beach towels for guests, a bit out of Varna, but well connected by bus and super quiet which was what I was looking for. So if I had to give a vote between 1 and 10 I would say 11!!! I definitely reccomend it.

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

Yavor was great and made our stay really easy! The apartment is lovely and the sea view is beautiful, the apartment is right on the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a perfect time at Bo's. she was extremely kind, flexible and gave many tips and great suggestions. the whole location is very warm and homey! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Everything was very nice. The location is great.

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Everything is as in the photo, a beautiful clean apartment, they answer questions even at 9-10 pm and help with any question

We really enjoyed our stay in this forest house! It's very cozy and well equipped and we felt at home immediately. It's not far from the city center of Varna and nearby beaches. The communication with Dani was excellent and she helped us out whenever she could. Thanks for the stay!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a good stay. The host was very friendly and concerned with providing the best service as well as giving good recommendations for patios in Varna. Recommended! :)

Great apartment in an amazing complex. Near the beach and some great restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Incredible area, fresh air, great villa. It felt very private and secluded. The villa has everything you will need to cook a delicious dinner and enjoy it outside. Bear in mind that the weather is significantly different than the one you might experience at the beach / in the city (we loved the contrast). Might be a good idea to pack a hoodie. I'd definitely book again!

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the center. The apartment is in a very convenient location. I rented the apartment for my friends and they liked everything. The apartment is very quiet and a very suitable place to stay with a baby. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very responsive.

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The apartment is amazing! The place was perfectly clean when we got there, it has all you may need, and the terrace view is lovely! The location is more than great! The communication with the host is also a real pleasure! Thank you for having us, we'd love to come again someday!

The place is quiet and peaceful! My stay was very enjoyable. Themostimportant thing for me was the ability to find a parking space, and while an evening time is moredifficult, I have found a parking space for no more than 2-3 minutes of time.

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

Our stay in Detelina’s place was excellent! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
