The property is located in the village of Dramont (part of the city of Saint-Raphël) in the Massif d'Estérel, in the Var department. The accommodation is in a villa dating from between the wars, located at the end of a pleasant Mediterranean garden of more than 1000 square meters. The whole place gives an impression of harmony. Parking is on the property and is hassle-free. The beach is about 200 m from the entrance to the villa. The beach is also the starting point for hikes around the coast. Small shops and local restaurants are a 10-minute walk, the supermarket is 6 km away. The listing description matches reality. Relations with the owner were professional and very pleasant, while the host behaved with discretion. We had a pleasant vacation, we didn't want to leave

Wonderful stay, beautiful environment and nature this spring season! Great private access to the coastal path and beach close to the property. In April, this small steep path that goes around the peninsula is of great beauty, very flowery, it offers its setting, like a postcard in which you walk. For walking only, the indoor roads are not very safe and the restaurants of the village of Giens are 25 minutes away, but the Tour Fondue is very close with also a few restaurants.

What can I say. Clarinda is an excellent host. She made us feel at home. Always smiling and helping. Mario was really nice and friendly. The place is in a very quiet area. You need a car to get around but driving is not far from every where. You will enjoy your stay with Clarinda. Definitely worth it. Thank you Clarinda and Mario for having us.

We had a pleasant stay, despite our late arrival Ms Geneviève was patient and we had an impeccable welcome nothing to say. The accommodation was perfect, with an incredible view in a very, very quiet place. It was great 🙏🏽😊

Great weekend on the Peninsula in Olivier and Friedel's apartment. Beach within walking distance, impeccable accommodation, a real little cocoon with its terrace. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Easy access to the beach, local bakeries, vegetable shops, markets, a nearby town with a market, local restaurants. The perfect place for trips to Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice, St Maxime, when you want a little holiday hustle and bustle with plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as to Grasse or Lake Verdon. The location and amenities of the small apartment were excellent. We felt very comfortable in the wonderful surroundings. An all-round successful stay that absolutely met our expectations. Would happily come again.

The accommodation is very cozy, it feels very good, the terrace between the bedrooms and the kitchen is shaded surrounded by bamboo perfect for meals and relaxing. Jean Marc is about welcoming you and immediately making you feel at ease. A very human and discreet person who makes everything available to make sure we have a great stay. The pool is 10m well maintained perfect for swimming and sunbeds for relaxing. Lots of walks and beautiful villages under 30min away.

A perfect stay in a perfect property. The studio and outside living space are quite delightful. A beautiful pool and garden, which we utilised to the maximum. Dominique is truly a fine hostess. A little slice of heaven just 10 minutes from Grasse. The villa, in addition to its ideal location, has many assets: a breathtaking view, pleasant exteriors with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool (more than welcome in August) and a very well arranged and furnished accommodation. Melissa and David are very friendly and helpful hosts and their house in nature radiates a peaceful tranquility. David helped us in English on our mountain bike tours and hikes. The route was easy to drive. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the beautiful apartment, the pool and the garden. We will be happy to come back.

The house is located in a gated community near frejus. Everything from the pool to the bed and the kitchen is wonderful and identical to the prictures. Cedric's parents livr above the flat and were here for us whenever we needed something. A very warm welcome and a easy check-out. Small independent apartment attached to the host's house. Very clean, well arranged and well thought out. Individual entrance to the apartment. It feels safe. Excellent wifi. Small garden and terrace outside the accommodation. Great value for money. Parking space is available. Accessible by car especially. Lovely and welcoming host.

We had a wonderful month at this lovely house with everything we could wish for. When we arrived, we found a house very well cleaned and equipped with all the luxury, such as a beautiful shower, a good bed, a good bed, a full kitchen, a good WiFi, a good WiFi, a beautiful terrace, the air conditioning, shutters and electric canopy.
