Logement de 45 m2 aménagé dans une ancienne grange et situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Centre ville d’Orléans et quartier de La Source (Universités, BRGM, CNRS...) accessibles en 10mn en voiture ou à vélo (piste cyclable à proximité directe). Le Zénith et Co’Met sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, caviste, bar-tabac, Poste, restaurants, supermarchés, zone commerciale etc). Bus à 5/10mn, tram à 15mn à pied.

Nous proposons également l'option Love Room ( bougies , ballon à l'hélium , pétale de rose ) pour 50 euros supplémentaire.(incluant les frais de ménages de 50 euros). Hiking trails nearby. Close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 15 min. from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park (FFE). Reservation desired for the full period as part of the championships. In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage.
