It is part of an exclusive tourist complex with eight apartments, ideal for enjoying a quiet and comfortable stay. The apartment is 45 m² and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious room with a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, a fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, and a private jacuzzi, creating a cosy and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery and basic condiments. The apartment has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning and a hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. The stay includes a free private parking space. Guests also have access to the complex's common areas, shared with the other seven apartments: an outdoor pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings during their stay.

Terranova Luxe is a pet-friendly accommodation located on a 5000 m2 plot for exclusive use, fenced in around its entire perimeter to prevent dogs from escaping. Capacity for four people(one bedroom with a double bed 150x200 and another with two 90 beds). If the booking is for two people, you will only have access to one of the two existing bedrooms, not both, unless you pay a surcharge. A cottage to breathe nature.
