Holiday rentals with a patio in Valparaíso de Goiás

We stayed at Karen’s place with our children and had a great experience. The home was comfortable and well-prepared, and Karen was an incredibly patient and understanding host. Even when there were some complaints from the neighbors due to the kids, she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciated her calm and supportive attitude—it made a big difference for us. Highly recommended host!

The apartment is very spacious, it has restaurants, shopping, a market and a subway nearby, which makes it very easy. Cássia was extremely kind and made a flexible check-in which was very helpful.

There are many positive things about this apartment. It's really clean and well located. I wish we had extra towels and a set of linen for the sofa-bed, specially because we stayed for 10 days.

The apartment is a gem; everything is clean and organized. There are towels, bed sheets and blankets; As a point of improvement/suggestion, cover the parking lot or privatise the garage (cars are on the ramp of the pavement). The sector is a little ugly, but the location is excellent. Myself and my family love the accommodation.

Karina's place is even better than in the photos. Everything is very tasteful, beautiful decoration, excellent quality of bed and bath linens, dishes, cutlery, utensils. Everything is excellent! The condominium is well organized and safe. And Karina was super attentive and even left little things that made a difference.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

The place is very beautiful indeed! Better than in the pictures, the nature, the horses, the ranch, all very well taken care of. Communication with the very fast host and the extremely polite and caring homeworkers. The chalet served as well as accommodation, the decor is quite a farm and the best and most beautiful is the barbecue area, we take advantage of it all. I highly recommend!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleaning was noticeable, especially the bathrooms. Quality linen and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is located in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

This place is an unique experience! I went with my friends to do a farewell get-together because I live in Portugal and I can say: I have been in many airbnbs and this one is in the top! For those who believe this: the energy of this space is extremely positive. The kind of place that even when something goes wrong, you look good. It is truly the best choice near Brasilia to give a detox and relax with privacy. No less important, host Lorenna is a very dear person and helped us in everything we needed. 5 stars everything. The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

You can close your eyes and choose this place. If you were in doubt, you no longer need to be. The apartment is great, the communication with Erico is great (great man, he helped me with everything in record time), the place has a lot to do, the balcony is great and there is even a hammock for you to relax. My wife and I cooked in the apartment, worked together, watched a movie, went to the pool, everything as if we were at home. Erico, thank you for your kindness, my friend. It was a pleasure to meet you.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible advantage - we had restaurants, cafes and shops at our disposal all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive but it was worth it.

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

André has always been very helpful in serving us. The Condominium is super complete with leisure area and we were able to use the pool with the children on a day that was very hot. The apartment is very cozy, there are many items in the kitchen where you can have all the meals you want. The washer and dryer helped us a lot in the washing of our young children's clothes during the stay. Clean, organized, complete and gives quiet for a long stay! We'll definitely be back!
