We had a wonderful time at the Nordic Village and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable outdoors experience. The cabin was clean, cozy and the perfect size for me, my wife, and two young children (ages 4 and 5). The surrounding land is beautiful and replete with miles of hiking trails, huge trees and beautiful skies. The lodge was a short walking distance from the cabin and it was easy to use the bathroom, charge our electronics and play games. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and eager to help. Our kids came into the experience complaining about leaving home, and left asking if we could stay there more nights. We’ll definitely head back soon!

The cabin was perfect for my daughter and I and two small poodles on a road trip. We loved the fresh air, the sauna, the comfortable bed. We were able to make a nice healthy dinner in the cabin. It had everything we needed. We will be staying again on our way back through! I love that there are hikes nearby! I highly recommend.

We had a great time at David’s. His place was really well located and the loft had everything we need.

This place is AMAZING! The staff is the friendliest and kindest ever! Tracy and Dave were total sweethearts. It was such a blessing to meet them and to spend time at the Nordic Village. Will definitely be returning!

This place is magical. From the cabin, to the pond, to the local trails & more… please do yourself a favor and book here. I needed a place to reset & Joan’s place was the perfect spot. Every morning I strolled the property in peace, saw the turtles swimming, and got some well needed sun & fresh air. The property is peaceful and has such a charm and character to it unlike any other place I’ve ever stayed. You can feel the love that went into it. If you want to go into town to explore or for food - it’s an incredibly short drive in. If you want to hike, you’ve got all the trails you could want. If you want to have a staycation on the property, you’ve found the right place. I was able to meet Joan and a few friends and they were so fun and gracious and made the stay way more enjoyable than it already was. I have nothing but positive things to say. I felt safe the entire time as a solo traveler, the place was clean, convenient, and again - magical. Thanks Joan, I can’t wait to come back!!!

This cabin was a dream come true! The location is outside of Flagstaff town so the quiet was much appreciated. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was exactly as described and Tamaki was an outstanding host. I am already looking at dates to stay again. Thank you Tamaki!!!!

look no farther, i will go back again , great home close to grocery store , nice neighborhood , ,walked outside the house into trails and also in the neighborhood at night , close to national forests, has all cooking gear you need as well as coffee maker and kitchen stuff , the patio is excellent has good grill, good oven. night sky is beautiful , no pollution, the house can accomodate many people for beds, beautiful upstairs bedroom , wish we had stayed longer

Cute cosy A-frame stay! I like that there is a separate guest room + toilet from the main house which gave my mom a lot of privacy. Unfortunately the shower in that room was not working during our stay. The interior of the cabin is really cute! Driveable distance from flagstaff. Overall a nice experience.

Thaddeus has done a great job of setting up this cozy little house. I really enjoyed my stay. Small, private, peaceful and just as described. Mornings and evenings were spent relaxing on the lovely enclosed porch/deck area and days were spent hiking and exploring around Flagstaff and Sedona. Access to both was very convenient. The composting toilet was new to me but not an issue whatsoever. Read the instructions and you'll be just fine. In regards to the uphill path to the house, I had no issues driving it in my Highlander. However some deeper spot towards the upper part of the hill might not be too friendly for lower profile vehicles. Parking is available at the bottom if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay. The space was exactly what we were looking for and located in a quiet, secluded area. It had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with our senior pup with easy access to Flagstaff and Williams. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy, peaceful, relaxing stay in nature!

I loved the atmosphere and area , very private and quiet. The home itself was so comfy and I loved the decor, so bright and colorful! Super clean as well when we arrived and they provided very detailed info on how to find our spot and were flexible with check in times! Would definitely book here again!

stayed here overnight on the way back from a road trip to monument valley. this cottage really surprised me by being such a gem! the best place i stayed during my trip, and made me wish i had booked an extra day just to enjoy the serenity this place provided. i’m already planning to visit again!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin in Flagstaff, it was cozy, had our needed amenities, and was close to attractions we were visiting. Check in and out were easy and our host was very responsive.

Gabrielle’s Airbnb went above and beyond my expectations. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Flagstaff—this was easily one of the best. The space was spacious, extremely well set up, and just had a really comfortable, welcoming feel to it. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a home away from home. Gabrielle and Jacob were both fantastic hosts, friendly, responsive, and genuinely kind people. I’ll absolutely be looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Flagstaff!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden gem in the heart of nowhere—yet filled with charm and luxury. The outdoor setup was absolutely unforgettable: stargazing by the firepit, watching movies under the night sky, relaxing in the color-lit hot tub, and cozying up in the thoughtfully designed seating area. The loft and the little guest house were beyond adorable—every detail was so well done, combining comfort with a touch of luxury. It was the perfect home base for our Route 66-themed weekend exploring Bearizona, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Thank you for creating such a magical place to make memories. Cozy comfortable cottage with ample patio space for relaxing in the beauty of Ponderosa Pines.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Canyon Tiny House! We knew it was small but we were still a little surprised by its size when we pulled up 😁. However, it has everything we needed and it was close to the South Rim park entrance (30min drive). It was cozy and my family of four get to spend a lot of quality time together because we were basically in the same space all the time! We played games available at the house (Catan, Fact or Crap, and Apples to Apples) after a day of hiking or exploring (GC, Petrified Forest, and Antelope Canyon). They also have corn hole for outdoor game. We were able to easily make dinner at the home. Shower was hot and the heater was toasty. We were very comfortable for a nice glamping experience! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation time!!
