Condo holiday rentals in Valladolid

Great. It was a very pleasant experience. We spent some very relaxing days as a family. The house is small but cozy and is very close to Burgos and other charming villages. Elena is a great host. On the first day we arrived late and the pellet stove turned on… that's priceless!

Alfred provided the perfect space for our two week stay in Valladolid. We appreciated his responsiveness and the local recommendations he provided before our arrival. Any questions we had during our stay were answered! The space was clean and spacious with modern decor. We would have appreciated a few extra supplies given the length of our stay (coffee, laundry detergent, towels, etc), but he was helpful in providing quick places to walk to find what we needed. I highly recommend this space and Alfred as a host.

Alfred's apartment is great for getting to know Valladolid. It's super clean and has a very comfortable layout. It is just 10 minutes away by car from downtown. The kitchenware, cooking utensils, bathroom, etc. are not missing any details. We just missed having some hangers in the closets. Alfred is a super attentive person and gives you very good advice on what to do in Valladolid and its surroundings. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment on the tenth floor with a balcony and city view, halfway between the university and the centre. Many beautiful books in various languages on the shelves to read in your free time! Perfectly equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Perfect check-in and check-out. The only negative thing: the lack of a bidet in the bathroom, which is very important for us Italians... Congratulations to Esperanza for her sweet, well-kept and welcoming home, with beautiful ornamental plants, when I return to Valladolid I will definitely stay here!

A perfect stay or flat, all functional, decor, furniture, finishes, everything seems new. a block away gets supermarket and cafes, next to restaurants.

The house is very good, so we asked and they answered us very quickly. The only thing was that the kitchenware was very dirty. The rest was all very clean. Thank you, we had a great weekend.

ALTHOUGH IT WAS SHORT COMPLIED WITH WHAT YOU NEEDED

The place is fine , it's new. What I did not like is that it is not what they put in the photos, at least in my case it was not the same apartment it advertises in the photo. It is small, quite right at least the one we stayed in, but enough for what we were. Regarding the arrival it is a little jaleo , you have to ring the bell, they ask for a few details , then you go inside and ask you again for details , apart from the digital phone from outside where you put a code in order to get in it did not work well. The communication with the host is a little scarce since it was me who wrote him to have instructions on the arrival and more . The girl who welcomed us into the home, very nice. I want to think that all these small inconveniences are because they are starting and will gradually improve. Thank you
