A beach house with a sea view is designed for a romantic getaway with plenty of space (50m2). From the large windows of the beach house, you can admire the sea view directly from the bed. To the sandy beach, hot tub, and pipe sauna is only 40m, which also offers a wonderful view of the sea and the starry sky. In the dark, the garden offers eye-catching tree lighting. A beach house is an independent house that is located on the same property as a family summer house, but no one lives there while renting out. Both houses are limited to private space.

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Have fun with the whole family or with your friends at our place. Enjoy the birds, bees and sun just half an hour from Tallinn. Play tennis, walk to the beach and marina, swim, hire a sup-board and take the lovely forest path back to the house. Make and watch the fire in the fireplace. Walk to the beach restaurant in Valkla for a lovely meal in the evening. Have a sauna and tub. Cook in the kitchen, watch old dvds and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. Go home refreshed and come back another time.

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
