The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. The kitchen is well equipped; a washing machine for laundry. Suitable for couples, families (with kids), small companies. We offer discount for 2-day and longer stays.

The Green studio is 26 m2, on the 5th floor (no elevator) with a wide view to the Valmiera tree tops. A green island in the center of Valmiera! The apartment is 800 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the bus station and “Pauku pines”. There is a free parking in the yard. The Green studiot is in a minimalist style, but with everything you need for a longer stay. It's possible to accommodate an additional guest, as the Danish design - Innovation Living sofa is extendable.

Tõrva health track, pine forest and Tikste valley is right next to the flat. If you like to swim you can visit one of many lakes in Tõrva or Veemõnula water park. There is fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons: 1 double size bed and 1 foulding sofa.

Krāģīši I- Quiet and Simple Countryside aura

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes. At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.
