The master bedroom was a 1-room schoolhouse from the 1890's to 1914, where "Miss Sallie" Young taught (after she retired from 54 years in Texas public schools). After many additions and updates, it's now a quiet part of a Church Camp property (which you're welcome to explore). Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!

This house features 2 Queen beds & 2 Trundles. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just a few blocks to the downtown area. The backyard is currently undergoing landscaping (coming soon). ROKU TV & wifi to watch your favorites and take care of any business. This is a place to spend time with friends and family, talking face to face. Host does live on property but we each have our own private entries.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.
