Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.

Surrounded by one hectare of wooded garden, you will benefit of a large swimming pool and a nordic bath. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.
