Nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields and lakes, La Maison T&M invites you to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Reims and 20 minutes from Troyes, our property is the starting point for a Champagne getaway combining nature, relaxation and discovery. Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

You will find all the comforts you need for your stay with family, friends, or colleagues. Not overlooked. This warm and relaxing place will welcome young and old. Only 1.5 hours from Paris, 40 minutes from Auxerre, 30 minutes from the vineyard, 30 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, 10 minutes from Chaource and 30 minutes from Chablis. Ideal place for lovers of nature, gastronomy and conviviality.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.
