At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 min. from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris
