Beachfront holiday rental in Vågan Municipality

Elisabeth is a perfect host. She is always very fast answering to our questions. We experienced an initial internet provider problem, she got it fixed with the company within minutes while we were doing a first exploration trip at Skrova. She kept us in the loop, role model communication. Also the roabu location close to the center, but last in the street with its own pontoon pier was perfectly suiting our needs (our kajak required such slipping capability). In short: the perfect temporary home with a great host, thank you!

As we enjoyed in the apartment! Perfect location to be able to walk around Henningsvær and look at everything that is there! The view from the apartment was 10/10! Fitted us perfectly when we were a group of 5. Played games, cooked great food, and enjoyed the time we had there!🤩 Also got tips for top trip from the host and they responded quickly! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back for sure😀

An amazing place to spend your travel days. It’s creative, contemporary, lots of natural light and all white and woody. It’s so beautifully done that you feel like not stepping out. Loved the place, loved the surrounding, loved the warmth of Marco and the awesome local tips and recommendations that made the trip all the more memorable! From the Lofoten Vibes to works best cinnamon rolls, to the fire place to the varied book collection and the outstanding balcony view!!! Thanks a lot Marco and hope to visit again :)

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

small accommodation suitable for 3-4 people, new, cared for and clean. The location is beautiful, the view is spectacular. You can fish outside the door and see the Northern Lights without needing to move around. Highly recommended

The seafront cabin in Vestvagoy was exceptional. It was exactly as described. Welcoming gifts were left for us including fresh cut flowers. The living space was very spacious and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space was located on two levels. Both areas had large windows facing the harbor and nearby mountains. Our host was very attentive and proactive. We never had an issue with communication or the house. The one thing to note is that there is no parking available next to the house. Cars need to park on the hill above the house. This means you must walk up & down two flights of stairs to access the car or the house. To avoid having to carry suitcases up & down the stairs, we drove down an alley located behind the row of houses, unloaded/loaded our suitcases and then parked up on the hill. Once in the house, our stay was so enjoyable and memorable.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, you feel right at home. The entrance is at the back of the house, we didn't find it at first. The apartment has everything you need and a supermarket is within walking distance. For exploring Lofoten, the apartment is very well located. All in all, I can recommend the place! :)

This is one of my favorite AirBnbs ever. It is right by the water, walkable to everything you need in Svolvær—groceries, car rental, bars, restaurants, saunas, shops, cafes—and it was very peaceful. I spent my mornings in the enclosed back patio where you can see mountains towering over you (and sometimes a fat grey cat prowling around!). Sarah was a superb host-responsive, kind, and even left me a cold beer, which I needed after a long travel day. You probably can’t find a better place to stay in town.

Our group really enjoyed staying at Einar's and Carina's cozy home. We were also allowed to experience the Lofoten and Henningsvaer with sunshine and had a quite nice time up here. Thank you so much for having us :-)

We very much enjoyed having Raymond’s place as a base for exploring the Lofotens. It was well located for popping into Henningsvær for meals and into Svolvær for groceries, and put most hikes within easy enough reach. The home is striking, and our group of 7 found we generally had enough space. We loved hot tubbing under the midnight sun. Excited to return!

Lofoten Links is world class bucket list golf. This farmhouse and house is excellent for 8-10 people.

This is a truly special place. The setting might be the most beautiful place I have ever been. The houses are a thoughtful and unique use of the old vernacular buildings, and are comfortable and modern while keeping the soul of the old buildings and their history. The host is super responsive, warm and knowledgeable about the area and the history of the place. It is away from any touristy areas, while still in easy reach of activities and attractions. It is the perfect place to stay and experience Lofoten. Warmly recommended!

Modern house with very nice furnishings and interior design. Hot tub with a view is perfect. Booked for 13 people but the sofa bed upstairs for two people had no curtains or blinds! (Not good during midnight sun times!) There was also no door to this area and a window from the sauna directly into the sofa bed area...

We loved it here! The views were spectacular, the house was modern, super clean, efficient and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and appreciated having the washer/dryer. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This flat is excellent. Great view, right on the water, great WiFi. It’s about a 10min walk back to the center of town with nice restaurants and cafes, as well as a grocery store. There’s also some great hikes nearby. Just know that Lofoten has moody weather, so you might want a long stay to ensure you get some sunshine to truly appreciate the region.

Beautiful place! We were in a group of nine and each of us easily found space for ourselves. Two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping places provided us with complete comfort. The area is quiet, picturesque and conducive to relaxation. There is a well-stocked shop nearby, open 24 hours a day, which was a great convenience. The host responded quickly to all questions, and the house itself was fully equipped — we lacked nothing. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and without any problems. I highly recommend it!
