The beach house

The beach house is a 150-square-meter villa located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Syracuse. The house is on three levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry; on the second floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house overlooks a 60 sqm terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, umbrella, table, chairs, deck chairs, sofa and armchairs.

The Villa is very comfortable on two floors, the upper floor with the bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps and the lower floor with two living rooms, one for entertaining and one more reserved suitable for reading. The rooms are all very spacious and cozy. There are 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor. The kitchen is large and spacious, equipped with 2 ovens and a microwave. Outside, on a patio, there is the possibility of a barbecue.

Villa Gravina is a charming historic residence belonging to one of the most illustrious families in Italy, the Marquises Gravina. The magnificent trompe-l'oeil frescoed hall and the historic Italian garden are remarkable. A cleaning service and a gardener's maintenance service will be available for the duration of the stay. The housekeepers will carry out their duties for about a couple of hours quietly and discreetly, respecting the privacy and rest of the guests.
