The Farmhouse is built with solid wood floors and solid wood shiplap walls. Decorated with real antiques and Texas décor. High end granite and kitchen countertops, tile showers with old school touches everywhere. It's a blend of new and old including sliding barn style doors. Open floor plan in the main part of the house with a 22' floor to ceiling great room and a loft. All bedrooms have their own TVs with remotes. 65" flat screen in the living room. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a pull out couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

One of our off-site properties, River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has a big porch, hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

Hunter’s Ridge Cabin # 1 is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, dining area and living room. There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and showers. Sleeps 8 adults. There is a smart TV in the living room and free internet access. It has a front porch with outdoor BBQ pit, picnic table and great views. Each cabin has an additional patio out back with magnificent views. If you’re traveling with a bigger party, ask us about booking multiple cabins together.
