The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

From Porvoo, the journey by car takes about 30 minutes and from Helsinki, it takes less than an hour. The distance to the centre of Porvoo is 25 km and to the centre of Helsinki 66 km. The property is best suited for couples or small families. For four adults, the facilities are cramped. All the basics can be found. Electric heating, water supply, wood sauna and wood.
