Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Ustou

Only a 12 minute drive to Baqueira gondola parking lot, and with distance we gained a stay in a idyllic medieval village. Small and cozy 2 story village home with a delightful neighbor and host. We walked twice to the town of Arties for dinner and loved star gazing and the sound of the rushing river. Kids enjoyed having separate beds. The bed was so warm in the master we turned off all the central heat. Kitchen was small but adequate for simple meal preparation. WiFi was definitely slow at times so be aware if planning video work meetings. But really you should unplug and hit the town piano bar and Michelin star restaurant— both were superb.

Great spot, great hosts and awesome apartment.

We had a great time at Marie's cottage, who was very attentive and available to guide us to the cottage. The decoration is neat, very cozy and the accommodation is well equipped. Many hikes and activities, in and around Guzet - don't hesitate to get to Guzet 1400 for shopping and the Tourist Office. Please note, accessibility (at the cottage and upstairs) can be a little complicated, with an elderly person or infants/small children. We loved our week at Prat Mataou.

very nice accommodation, very nice resort. i had never been to Les Mourtis and I really liked this very friendly resort.

We visited Encamp with a group of 8 friends. Aida and Edu's house was our 'base' for our participation in the Spartan Ultra. The house is within walking distance of Encamp and therefore shops, bars and restaurants are very easy to reach. Tourist attractions such as Pont Tibeta Canillo and Roc del Quer Viewpoint, as well as the capital Andorra la Vella, are also within easy reach (15 minutes' drive by car). The house is perfect for a large group with 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The decor of the house is cozy and offers all the comforts we needed to relax. And not unimportant to us: The beds are great, so we can sleep wonderfully before and after our race!

The listing was a great fit. It was clean, equipped and convenient. The contact with the host was perfect, we were welcomed very well and we were able to leave at a time of our choice.

The cottage is exactly as described. The panorama is beautiful and the chalet is ideally positioned. Even in the middle of school holidays, the neighborhood is very quiet.

An absolutely perfect stay! Le Vieux Manoir is a beautiful place, full of charm and authenticity. The accommodation was impeccable, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Had a great time staying at Jordi’s apartment in Soldeu! When we arrived the apartment was super clean and tidy. The view from the apartment is amazing!! It’s in a great location, you can walk to the gondolier in about 5 mins so perfect for skiers. Few minute walk from pubs, shops and restaurants.

It was all perfect, both the house and the hosts were 10! I highly recommend if you want to be in a quiet space and enjoy nature. Also, if you like animals there is Tango, a maquissim dog who will greet you as if you were at home.

Small apartment but with everything necessary for a ski stay. I was with my family and we were delighted. Best location, walk to tracks 5min walk to chair. If we have the chance we will come back.

Very quaint stone building with everything you need and good views of the mountains and lovely hike behind the house. Easy walking distance to shops and lovely park with river running through it. A little tricky unloading if residents appear but not a big problem. Car park easy walking distance. If you have difficulty with stairs not suitable as bedrooms 14 steps down. Very happy either way accomodation, air conditioning and beds / furnishing and Juli very thorough in providing instructions.

We arrived much earlier than expected and Carmen did whatever it takes so we can access the flat without a problem! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you so much for everything!

We are delighted with this stay at Ramon's apartment. Everything was as described. Ramon is very responsive and available to guests. On the other hand, the parking is suitable for small vehicles. We recommend this listing without problem

We wanted tranquility within proximity of the ski resort and this is exactly what we found. The lodge was only 5 mins drive into the centre of town and was perfect for our family’s needs. It felt like home away from home and we would highly recommend this property for dog owners too. The views from the property are stunning and you have plenty of great walks on your doorstep, even in winter. The interior was very tasteful with a cosy log fire and there was plenty of clean linen and towels available. We had a great family getaway here and would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Impeccable totally as in the description, better than my family and I expected!

We stayed 9 people and the experience was excellent. The house is very well equipped (oven, dishwasher, towels, ample utensils) and everything was spotless. The heat works perfectly, we don't go cold. Ideal location, with easy access and close to Baqueira. Álvaro, the host, was very attentive and sent us daily information about the tracks, the après-ski and local recommendations. We would definitely repeat!

Fantastic location with and perfect home for us for the weekend. Absolutely gorgeous view. Simple check in with Pili and had everything you would need for an escape. Beautiful views with perfect surrounds. Would highly recommend to others looking to stay.

We loved the views, the hikes from your doorstep and the village of Montcorbau is very cosy.
