Fully furnished 1.5-room apartment, 12 blocks from downtown and in the ecological neighborhood overlooking the Beagle Canal and the mountain. An incredible and very quiet place. 15-minute walk to the main street San Martin and 7 minutes by car. It has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there are 2 beds and/or an armchair Radiant tile heating, cable TV, Wi-Fi and all kitchen utensils. It's on the second floor up stairs. NO ELEVATOR.

In this room there is a futon bed where two people can sleep, and in the attic that is carpeted there are two single sommier beds that can join their mattresses and become a double bed.
