The staff, especially Manager Dede, went above and beyond. Truly the standard for great hospitality. Professional in dress and communication and proactive to respond and meet the needs of the guests.

Stuff was nice, location is really far from Ubud center. For what you get this hotel is overpriced, and we would not come back.
