I had an amazing stay at the W South Beach! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered incredible views – exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier South Beach hotel. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom to the overall atmosphere that combines relaxation with energy.

The service was exceptional throughout my stay – professional, attentive, and friendly without being overbearing. Whether it was at the front desk, pool area, or restaurant, every interaction felt genuine and elevated the entire experience.

Overall, the W South Beach exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable Miami getaway.

We loved the location. The room in person seemed very dated, worn down a bit. Pictures made them look updated. The biggest issues we had was noise. On one of our final nights, we have a party happening in the room above us until 6am. We called security and they were unable to get them to stop. Quite disappointing. Also, prepare to be nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING. Chairs at beach, umbrellas, cabanas and more
