Excelente ubicación, el lugar considero que eleva las expectativas al llegar, pues don detallistas y además está en excelentes condiciones todo.

Me encantó, es un excelente lugar para quedarse y considero que muy seguro también.

Great stay at Dave and Nat’s place. It is right in the heart of Polanco with many restaurants, bars, even a Wal Mart across the street.

Dave and Nat were very responsive and allowed us to store luggage as we arrived early on checkin day. As this unit is in such a prime location, expect some road noise early in the mornings/late nights on the weekends so suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also just a note, but the 5th bedroom (king w 3rd bath) is outside the unit across the hall so keep in mind when coordinating.

Would not hesitate to stay here again if we were back in Polanco.

Hemos estado en múltiples airbnb y este es de los mejores. El departamento está muy bien, bien cuidado, limpio y con todo lo que debe tener (incluso dejaron una botella de vino de cortesía.
El edificio cuenta con gimnasio vapor y alberca en buenas condiciones.
Ahora (Nov-2025) están construyendo un edificio al lado (con el ruido natural de la construcción), pero por la noche el departamento es muy silencioso.
Recomendamos ampliamente el departamento.

O apartamento fica localizado próximo a bares e restaurantes. Acesso fácil ao metro e ônibus. Apesar de estar em uma rua movimentada é silencioso pois sua frente dá para um pátio interno. Tem portaria 24 hs e nos sentimos seguras. Dave, Nat e sua equipe atenderam prontamente nossas solicitações. Foi uma boa estada, recomendamos.
