Before booking, note the following:

1. The price increases dramatically for each additional person after 2…and it’s only two Full beds. So, with four of us squeezed pretty tight, it was still almost $150/night per person.

2. There is only a kitchenette with no sink (have a basin sink on the other side of unit). Hot plate didn’t work on second day, but there is a grill if you’d like to do more cooking.

3. The pool is small and the hosts’ home (directly above the Airbnb) overlooks the pool. The other “outdoor space” was pretty far away. So, if you’re hoping to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy some nature, this is probably not the Airbnb for you.

4. The beds are pretty hard. One was manageable, the other unbearable. If you have six ppl, note that two will be on firm pullout coaches.

5. The space is cool/funky/eclectic and bigger than I thought it would be based on the photos, but again, for this price I would have preferred to stay in a hotel. Also, it’s pretty dark. Epic fireplace!

Probably the best Airbnb host I’ve had thus far. Beautiful place, and Blake is super sweet and helpful. They even got me something for my birthday! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return!!

The place was amazing and the Blake is a great, responsive host. There are tons of vinyl records, games, and books so even if you just want to stay indoors, there’s plenty of entertainment. The pool is also great and kept in good condition.

Blake's Carriage House was a wonderful home for guests who love a vintage feel. There were beautiful pieces in
the home, and the eclectic assortment of lighting, furniture, and decorative pieces within the home and pool area were
so interesting, and fun! The pool was beautiful, and Blake was so nice to arrange a fire in the Pit ready to light when we
returned from our evening out! This is a space for guests who are not looking for a traditional stay. The kitchen area lends itself for modest food preparation. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven, but be prepared that the sink is in another room, so paper plates may be the best way to go.
Blake was friendly, flexible, and accommodating. She allowed for both an early check in, and a late check out if needed.
