Due to its high altitude, the property is in one of the coldest regions of Brazil, with the highest snowfall in the country. It is only 1 km from the access gate to Pedra Furada. The chalet has one of the best views of the entire Serra Catarinense!

Chalet 03 Located in Estância Rio das Pedras, lots of green areas and views of rivers, lakes and mountains. 70 sq. meter chalet, rustic but very cozy, accommodates 4 people comfortably. It has a suite with a queen-size bed, and another suite with two single beds. A living area and kitchen equipped with all utensils, a balcony and a private fire pit. A place on the top of a hill, a quiet place between the pines. View of hills, rivers and waterfall. Located 4 km from the city centre (fully paved highway), only 300 metres of dirt road. Chalet with a fireplace (WE DO NOT PROVIDE FIREWOOD), a perfect combination with the blankets and covers to keep the atmosphere always pleasant and warm. The shower is gas heated, and it heats up very well on extremely cold days. We have breakfast options that are paid for separately.

It has a full kitchen, a living room with a heater (closed fireplace) and Wi-Fi. It has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and the other bedroom with two double beds.
