Мы очень рады, что поселились в квартире у Alex. Все было чисто, квартира удобно расположена совсем близко с центром города. Есть 2 балкона. В каждой спальне были кондиционеры, что спасало нас в жару. Хороший и предупредительный хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез до дома и помог занести вещи на 6 этаж, что избавило нас от логистических проблем. А при выезде разрешил оставить вещи до вечера. Благодаря этому мы получили возможность еще раз искупаться в море и погулять по городу, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В целом, нам понравилось жилье Алекса и мы будем рады приехать сюда еще раз.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Останавливались вместе с мамой после путешествия в горы. Белые стены и спокойный универсальный дизайн дали набраться сил перед возвращением домой. Потрясающий вид на город, который позволял осознавать, что мы именно в Батуми:) В квартире было все необходимое и даже больше. А пианино вообще вызвало восторг - давно не видела, как мама играет. С хозяйкой полное доверие. Благодарна за быстрые ответы и сопровождение по всем вопросам! Смело рекомендую.

We had a wonderful stay at Blacksea's apartment. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare a few meals and feel right at home. The host’s thoughtful gesture of gifting us wine made the experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

Lovely place, quiet and very very near to the lovely beach, extremely friendly people with recommendations for the area, you’re quickly in town with a cab. We had a lovely stay! 🫶

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

We recently stayed at this house for our vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Zaza was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process and our stay smooth and enjoyable. However, one important thing to note is the proximity to a railway. When we inquired about it, we were informed it was a dead end, but it turned out to be a main road with significant traffic. This led to some unexpected noise, especially at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers or families traveling with young children. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted stay. Thank you, Zaza, for your hospitality!

The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
