Beachfront holiday rental in Urbanizatión Alcazaba Beach, Estepona

The apartment was even better than we expected, the photos perfectly matched the reality, the reality was even better. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, found everything you need to live there, it was like home. The dishes were intact and there was enough quality, the dishwasher is in use. The linens were good and easy to wash, and we found a tumble dryer. Miriam is very friendly and, if we had a problem, the help came quickly. The yard is fenced, well-maintained, and has two pools and sun loungers. Bus stops are less than a ten minute walk away and buses to both Marbella and Fuengirola run about every half hour. There are three different types of large grocery stores about a kilometer away, in one direction Lidl and Mercadona side by side, and Carrefour in the other, with other shops and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Recovery and Relaxation! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella! The place is huge, beautifully designed, and offers an absolutely breathtaking ocean view. It’s located in the same building as the renowned Cirumed Clinic, making it an ideal choice for anyone recovering from surgery. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts were truly exceptional. After my surgery, I had limited mobility, and Anna Maria went above and beyond to assist me—she provided great tips for ordering groceries online and even brought me a whole package of water! The experience was wonderful, and I hope to return soon—next time, hopefully, to fully enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this place for both recovery and a relaxing getaway!

Nice and cozy beach front apartment. The excellent host Francisco (Paco) was always available and ready to help. 5 minutes walk to the city center. 10 mins walk to train station and central bus station. Lots of excellent restaurants in walking distance. We stayed a full month and enjoyed it very much.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Large balcony area and the pool is great, never too busy, decent sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large allocated parking space in the garage, much wider than you would expect, easily big enough for a large SUV, although you can also park on the street; except for Wednesdays as it is market day between 0700-1600 hours. If you are interested then the gym consists of two rooms, one with two benches and two barbells/rack. There are a selection of 20kg, 10kg, 5kg and 2.5kg olympic weight plates, around 140kg total. Selection of dumbbells 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg. The other room consists of cardio such as exercise bikes and cross trainers. If you need anything more then Las Mesas is a 2 minute walk across the park and has a large indoor and outdoor gym which you can get a day pass to for €9.80. Overall, this is a great place to stay, there is some construction going on but didn’t bother us and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoe’s place. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped in a fantastic location just a few meters to the stunning beach. The area is very peaceful and the apartment has a lovely private garden and terrace. There were a couple of nice beach bars right there on the beach and we loved El Pre - local tapas bar just up the road by the tennis club . We also walked around to the other side of the harbour most days where the majority of the bars and restaurants are located. Zoe was extremely helpful and flexible re check in and delivered us clean towels and bedding part way through our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and hope to return again next year.

This place is paradise. It had everything we needed. The amenities are incredible: gorgeous swimming pool with a lifeguard, fantastic football pitch, wonderful tennis courts, paddle tennis and basketball courts. 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous and has lots of restaurants to choose from. We loved the place and will definitely rely be back. The apartment has an amazing view and was full love writhing we needed: beach towels, tennis rackets, paddle rackets, balls, etc.. The apartment has a lovely coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and everything you need. It is a real home away from home. We loved it, pure paradise. Enjoyed every minute staying here. The host was responsive and helped us organise a food shop as the flight we were on was late in the evening. The check out was flexible and the villa itself was lovely with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We visited the restaurant nearby and also walked into La Cala which only took 10 mins. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Jenna was amazing. She was so communicative, we had x2 kids and she went above and beyond! The house was clean and had all the amenities!! Jenna was an amazing host!! Thank you

Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

I stayed here with 5 other friends, and it ticked all the boxes we needed. The location was close to the airport and other places you would go to. The only thing to note is the hill is super steep, and we actually got a taxi back up but that isnt an issue.

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas with our three teenage boys. We all loved it! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea from the big balcony and the roof top terrace. Breathtaking. With three active boys we utilized the amenities alot. We playes tennis and padel every day (often a few times a day 😊) and used the gym. We took wonderful walks along the beach on the great boardwalk that stretches along the coast for miles. A dip in the ocean on Christmas was a must! The Sonora restaurant on the beach just in front of the condominium was a fab place for a drink, lunch, coffee. Loved it! It was also just a short drive to explore towns like Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as nearby hikes in the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We’ll be back! ☀️

Splendid apartment with a beautiful sea view. Residence of very good standing. Location very close to the sea and restaurants. A little noisy on the terrace, because of a busy street, that's the only negative, everything else is at its best! Easy access.

Great place to stay, close to Malaga! The apartment is amazing, extremely clean with everything you could possibly need as a family. The view is spectacular, the pools are open all-year round. Andrea was really nice and helpful with everything and we really appreciated the welcome gifts and check-out flexibility. We will definitely come back to stay here when visiting Spain.

We have just returned from staying at the villa for 8 nights and we had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful with the most spectacular views of the ocean. We had a nice private pool and there are other sharing pools in the complex. The villa has all the amenities you need and is very well looked after. There are 2 great restaurants only a few minutes’ walk away, and the local town takes 25 mins to walk. Claudia was a great host, and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Loved it !!! It was better than expected and just perfect for the 2 of us. The location and facilities were perfect - like home from home. If we return to La Cala (and we will), we will rebook here.

Beautiful apartment! New, modern, clean, spacious and luxurious, we had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable, with soft thick towels, high quality equipment and basically everything you can think of; toaster, juice press, nespresso, but also amenities like dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent. Best part is of course the garden and terrace, overlooking the sea and getting sun all day long (or shadow if you want). Its located in a well maintained residential complex, with 2 outdoor shared pools and 1 indoor heated pool. We used the indoor pool a few times with the kids, small but warm and serves it purpose (outdoor too cold in March). Estepona is 10 mins drive, San Pedro de Alcantara too, Marbella 15. Around the apartment there are limited options to eat (Amarillo great for brunch, Tikitano for lunch and thats about it), grocery store 10 mins drive or so, def need a rental. Long beautiful coastal path in front going all the way to Estepona, great for running.

Great location! With a gate onto the beach and a lovely beach bar next door. It's great at night sitting on the terrace listening to the waves.
