We had a great stay at Thomas's apartment. Compliant with photos, well equipped with all necessities. Pleasant balcony with cute views. Possibility to park easily and for free on the street. Beach 5 min walk away. Recommended!

Very nice and professional landlord – always friendly, fast and helpful. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, you can tell that the owner also takes holidays here: from candles to Prime TV, beautiful dishes to the raclette machine, everything is there. I've never experienced anything like this on my travels! The tasteful furnishings with many loving details more than make up for the missing view. The location in the middle of Artà is good - restaurants and the market are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and pleasantly cool, even in the summer heat. Everything was very clean. The only limitation: since we are very sensitive to noise, we had to keep the bedroom window closed, which goes directly out to the small alley, where cars and scooters rarely drive or passers-by walk, but they are then only 2 m from the bed. The mattress of the very large bed is rather hard and seems new, the bathroom was brand new and very modern.

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

Reinhold was a friendly and responsive host who made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was modern, perfectly located and extremely well equipped. Highly recommended if you are seeking a great location for a relaxing holiday.

This is the second time we have stayed in a property belonging to Isabel. She is a great host ; easy to contact, responsive and friendly. The apartment was very spacious and the fans in the bedrooms were invaluable due to the heat. We didn’t use the ‘attic room’ but we did occasionally go up to the small terrace to catch the sunset. Great stay , thank you .

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

The accommodation is very nicely located in the first row by the sea with very nice sea views including sunset. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Our landlord was always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A car is recommended for exploring the island. We will be happy to come back.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

We very much enjoyed the stay in Son Serra de Marina at Mateu. The tranquility in the village and the beautiful accommodation allowed us to relax all around. The beach is also within walking distance in about 10 minutes and is very nice. Bars and restaurants, a shower and with lifeguard

A beautiful stay in an idyllic setting. The apartment has a breathtaking view with a breathtaking sunrise. Access to the sea is 2 minutes away, what a joy. Very well located in a quiet and relaxing village with all the necessary equipment and close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy... which are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable here, everything is very modernly renovated and furnished. The apartment is characterized by comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a quiet environment and plenty of space. The apartment corresponds to the pictures, with the small terrace with lounge furniture and the private parking space right next door positively surprised us. Due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, everything was very bright and appealing. The place is very likeable with a great beach promenade. However, we were very bothered by the fact that the shower gutters spread a considerable drainage smell in the entire apartment. Fortunately, we were able to remedy the smell through thorough cleaning of the shower gutters. The communication with the contacts in advance was extremely complicated. Unfortunately, we only got stereotypical answers to requests. In addition, it is necessary that you upload images of your identity card to a platform in advance. We've never had that before.

We had a great stay! The view is amazing and the location great to walk to the beach and a handful of of restaurants and grocery stores. A few details were missing, but Pep was very responsiveand we are sure they were taken care of.

What a lovely place!!! Highly recommend this stay as we enjoyed the view, the walk into town, and everything the place had to offer. Alicia and her daughter were helpful with local recommendations and were so sweet. It was a place we will daydream about for years to come.

Fantastic location. It was a perfect place for a couple with a baby. The apartment is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a mixer, BBQ, lounge chairs, parasol, baby cot, and beach toys. The host was extremely responsive.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!
