Conveniently located blocks from downtown Urbana, it's a cozy and convenient spot when visiting the University of Illinois, tailgating, checking out a festival, or just having some time away. We're a 5 minute walk from downtown + an 8 minute drive to UIUC's campus.

Restored with modern amenities while keeping its original charm, the cottage welcomes up to 4 guests and 3 well-behaved dogs—no pet fee! Enjoy the quiet neighborhood, craftsman style, and comfy spaces. Strict no-smoking policy. Please note: two neighboring homes are being renovated, bringing some extra activity to the area and temporarily affecting the street’s appearance.

Quiet Urbana bonus room, 5 miles from University

Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.
